Sing My Name
Four years ago the children were gifted a personalised kids music player each from Sing My Name. They absolutely loved them, although one has recently stopped working due to constant use! The kids and I were delighted when we were offered the newer version of the bunny to review. They now come in two colours, so our eldest chose the blue one and the youngest the pink.
The bunnies are more than just a music player and there have been several new additions since the last bunnies they were given 4 years ago. They are definitely something I would gift to other children as a birthday or Christmas gift idea.
Personalised Music Player Bunny
The bunnies look has been updated and they look even cuter than before, but still have that kawaii feel about them. When you buy the kids music player you will also choose the name that it’s personalised to. Make sure you get this correct as each bunny will have 12 personalised songs with your child’s name. The songs vary from those titled ‘Wake Up’ to ‘No Rainy Day Blues’ and even include a personalised happy birthday song for their special day. The songs are all very catchy and the kids will love them, especially when they hear their name in the song too.
Our 6 year old is the one who particularly loves music and dancing, so it’s his personalised songs that we hear most often. His favourite song seems to be ‘That’s Your Name’, as it’s probably the one we hear the most! He’ll happy dance around and sing along with the songs, which is lovely to watch or even dance with him.

Functions
The personalised songs are not all that the kids music player can do. It also has a new function for a bluetooth speaker, which the kids are very pleased about. We often listen to podcasts with the kids, these are some of our favourite podcasts. So now the children can use their own bunnies as bluetooth speakers too. Simply press the star with the bluetooth symbol to link up with your device.

The buttons on the front of the bunnies tummy has the usual start and stop features. The buttons also have a ‘wake’ for the wake up song, ‘sleep’ for the sleepy time song and the ‘fun’ and ‘story’ buttons are for the daytime songs.
A menu button takes you to the function to record your own voice. Of course the kids have been using it to record silly stories and sounds to play back in fits of giggles! You can also upload up to 8GB of other music on to the music players, although we haven’t tried this.

The bunny tail at the back is used to turn the bunny on and off and the sound up or down. One hand can be pressed to light up the bunnies face and the other to light up the soft ears. The ears can change colour by pressing a small button between the ears, which also changes the speed of the colours.
Charge the bunnies up using the USB cable which can be attached to a plug or computer.
The Kids Verdict
The kids are over the moon with their bunnies. Kids music players are always going to be a hit with any child who loves to sing and dance. So I would definitely choose one of these bunnies as a gift for one of their friends.
I would say that the children’s favourite features of their music players has to be the personalised songs and then the bluetooth speaker. They always love listening to podcasts, so this makes it easier for them to listen their favourite shows. Plus it’s a bonus that the bunnies can light up and be used to record stories on too.
