I have to admit that I am a little restrictive on the kids TV watching, I dislike them watching a huge amount, so they (or mostly just O) tend to watch a couple of episodes of kids TV in the morning when daddy gets ready for work (and I’m probably still in bed with smallest).
They have recently found Paw Patrol, but have on occasion watched Peppa Pig, although I do get a bit annoyed at her! As I don’t always like Peppa, I was surprised at how much I liked the Peppa Pig personalised ‘My Mummy’ book from Penwizard.

One of the first great parts of the personalisation process is that you can choose the mummy and child’s hair colour, style and eye and skin colour. You can also choose the children’s gender and whether you would like glasses.
You can add more than one child to the book and choose their names. I love that the boys can both identify themselves in their special book.

There is no actual ‘story’ to the book, but each page shows Peppa telling the readers something about her mummy and then your own children saying something great about their own mummy.
I like that each page is something that we may well do, including baking together or making paper aeroplanes.

On the final page the boys both declare that they love their mummy, which is really sweet. This would make a great Mother’s Day gift or just a little reminder when things are difficult that your little ones really do appreciate you.

If you would like your own copy of the book, or any other version (other television characters or My Granny, Daddy etc are available) then head over to Penwizard to order. Use this discount code to get 20% off your order (not valid on stationery items or with any other voucher/code) – BLOGGER20.
What do you think of personalised books?

*I received this book for the purpose of this post, however all opinions are my own.

Oh this sounds sweet. I’m the same as you, the kids don’t watch much tv and definitely not Peppa because the characters are too bratty for my liking. But I actually really like the books.
