Colouring Isn’t Just For Paper!
I’m not sure what your children are like but mine love to colour in. Admittedly the youngest doesn’t have a long attention span, but neither did his older brother at that age. But both are excited about the new colouring books with different pictures to colour, so they would be thrilled to receive any of these fab colouring in gifts below from Little Active People.
Little Active People is an online marketplace of products designed for parents of active little people! Have a look at some of their featured colouring products below, perfect for capturing kids imagination and personalising useful items.
Personalised Shoes
Do you know of any children who would love these colour-in shoes? They can personalise them in their favourite colours and add little designs that suit their personality. Perfect for children who like to be different and a great way to make their shoes personal to them. There are several different designs, from comic action, under the sea, rainbows, hearts and monsters. Plus you can add in different laces to make the colouring shoes even more personal to you.
The shoes start at infant size 8 and continue up to adult size 5, which is great for older children with bigger feet. As well as those adults with smaller feet! I know my mum would easily fit into these, unfortunately I’m not blessed with such small feet, ha ha!
Tablecloth Colouring
If you have several kids at the table together then a colour-in tablecloth is a great idea for them to keep busy. They can enjoy colouring whilst chatting to their siblings or friends and even some adults may enjoy colouring with them too. I particularly love the world map version. I have a thing for maps! Great to encourage some educational learning whilst playing.
You can also choose from a duck pond or zoo version. I would say the duck pond and map tablecloths are great for younger children, but the zoo is for older kids and perhaps adults too! It’s a lot more complicated with tiny details to find. However older kids will be excited to find different animals and scenes within the giant picture.
Colourful Superhero Cape
Superheroes are all the rage for kids. Having your own cape that you can be decorated would be up most children’s street. Not only is it a good activity for mindfulness and practising fine motor skills, but it can be used for imaginative play too.
Little Active People have two different capes available to choose from. The first is based on a comic strip, with fantastic superhero scenes ready to colour in. It could be coloured in whichever colours the kids choose, even personalising the superheroes to their favourite colours.
If the kids would prefer a more magical and unicorn themed cape then this one below is perfect! Filled with images of unicorns, magic potions, gemstones, rainbows and stars! The photo below shows it coloured in with a gentle colour scheme, but there’s nothing to say that you can’t go for a rainbow themed unicorn cape either.
