I have been asked to be a Bostik blogger for the first time this month and received a box full of Halloween themed crafts to create some new crafts from. There were so many lovely things in the box, including Bostik glitter glue and Blue Tack Foam Sticky Pads.
We have made two different crafts, the first a cute little hanging bat decoration.
You will need:
* Blu Tack Foam Pads
* Bostik Glitter Glue
* Scissors
* Wooden peg
* Black card (ours is glittery for extra twinkliness)
* Black felt
* Googly eyes
1. Cut out a bat shape in the black card.
2. Cut a small piece of felt the same length of your peg and enough to wrap around. Place three foam pads along one side and then wrap felt around and stick.
3. Place three foam pads down the centre of the front of the bat and stick the wrapped peg down on top.
4. Stick googly eyes to peg and decorate with glitter glue.
5. Add string or ribbon to the back to hang.
Our next craft is a simple button pumpkin for toddlers and pre-schoolers, that they can complete themselves whilst working on fine motor skills. I love how much my four year old was concentrating on this task.
You will need:
* Paper/card with a pumpkin shape drawn onto it
* Blu Tack Sticky Foam Squares
* Yellow/orange/red and green buttons
1. Peel off a foam sticky pad and stick onto the pumpkin outline, peel the top paper layer off.
2. Place a button on top of the foam pad and squash to stick.
3. Continue to stick buttons around the lines.
Have you made any Halloween crafts this week?
