We are off to see Disney On Ice next month, both the boys have loved the previous years shows. My 5 year old especially enjoys seeing Elsa and Anna and on the ice, Frozen is definitely his favourite Disney show! This year the show is called The Wonderful World of Disney on Ice and features all the Disney favourites including the Frozen characters, Rapunzel, Dory and Nemo, plus another of our boys favourite Disney pairs: Aladdin and Jasmine.
Disney On Ice will be in Glasgow from the 11th – 14th of April at the SECC Hydro, before moving off to another area of the UK. If you are already booked to go to Disney on Ice then you may be interested in the competition below.
Win A Magic Carpet Ride
If you have been to Disney On Ice before then you might have noticed that a few select children get to ride on the ice on the ice, in the last show it was The Little Mermaid’s boat ride. Very few children actually get to ride on the ice, only a handful at each venue, and it’s not something you can just pay to do. So today’s competition prize is for you to win really is a ‘money can’t buy’ place on the ice for your children.
This year the ice ride is a magic carpet ride, which I can only assume will be on the ice through the classic Aladdin song ‘A Whole New World’. Imagine your children whizzing around the ice on their own magic carpet with Aladdin and Jasmine spinning around the ice beside them.
The competition will be for three winners and each winner will have 2 places for children aged 5-11 on the magic carpet ride. The available shows for the ice ride are on the 11th and 12th April at 2.30pm on the 11th and 6.30pm at Glasgow SECC.

I’ve been dying to take my kids to dancing on ice for years. My youngest Amelia is THE biggest disney fan i have ever known. This would definitely be a dream come true for her to be able to ride on the magic carpet. She loves the magic of disney and will remember it for long long time.
