![[AD] Winter is always a difficult time for keeping healthy, there's less sunlight, we need more effort to get outside with all the layers, then throw in a pandemic where we can't go far! We've taken to walking and cycling as much as we can. Although recently I seem to have spent most my time standing around on snowy hills whilst the kids use snow scooters to go down them. Fortunately the snow has melted now so we can have longer cycles again!
Eating healthy is important too and I'm making a concerted effort to eat more fruit and vegetable and cooking things from scratch.
However, I still believe it's important to take vitamin supplements to ensure our bodies have enough to properly function. Vitamins D3 and K2 are especially important in winter when we don't get enough sunlight. For the children the multivitamins are definitely important, particularly if they are fussy eaters and don't eat a huge variety!
We've been taking these @avacarevitamins supplements that the kids like. They taste great and Avacare has great family orientated values that I love! They won't include any ingredients that they wouldn't want to give their own kids! 💕

Thank you very much to Louise and Lucy for having me as a guest host this week. It’s been a confusing and unsure week here for everyone in the UK. Politics, elections, everything seems so up in the air for the moment. I really hope our countries can get some stability, but we will have to wait to find out what happens next.

My first Wow is from Muffin Top Mummy and I can so relate to how my daughter was at the same age, she has thankfully grown out of the worst of it but was just like this all those years ago.
My second comes from Mummy Mama Mum and is all about the power struggles you can have with willful children. I am sensing a theme here! It’s a good reminded that sometimes we need to be the grown up and not try and ‘win’ all the time.
