Choosing The Photos

Choosing the photos is the tough part.  Whittling down your photos to only a few each month can be difficult!  The best way to make your decision is to first find all of your favourite photos, check from the previous couple of years.  It can be nice to have some older photos mixed in with more recent pictures.  Once you have them all selected check for the photo quality of each image and discount any that are blurry when enlarged.

If you would like more than 1 image on the page then it’s a good plan to make sure that they work together as a group, no clashing colours or bright with pale pictures.  It’s also best to not have too much going on in the background if you choose to have multiple photos on one page.

Finally decide which month the photos look best for.  I personally love to have snow or ice pictures in January and February and then the warmer sunny pictures for summer.  This is personal preference and I know plenty of others will have holiday pictures on every month of the year.
