It’s particularly hard to focus on work and life admin when you have kids. Trying to do everything that needs concentration in the evening when they’re asleep is tiring! There’s very little down time and I’m often exhausted. I was more than happy to try the Zenflore food supplement from Precision Biotics. It claims to support mental performance and reduce fatigue. Read on to see what I think of it so far.

What Is Zenflore?
Zenflore is a food supplement developed by PrecisionBiotics. Zenflore contains a special live culture that was developed in partnership with scientists and clinicians to create a culture that can help support your mind and body during busy periods of time.
The special 1714-Serenitas live culture is combined with specially selected vitamins to support your body. This is one of the first cultures shown in a clinical study to increase activity in areas of your brain that is associated with learning, emotions and memory. It was also associated with reduced stress during a stress test. Brilliant of you want to help your body concentrate and increase your own productivity.
Why Take Zenflore?
There are a lot of reasons why people take food supplements. But for Zenflore the main reason to use it is to help cope with our busy lives. As a home educating mum of two I don’t have enough hours in the day to fit in all the kids activities, my work, cleaning and everything else! So I definitely need some help to cope with our busy day-to-day life.
The fact it has been used in clinical studies to see how well it works is particularly interesting for me. I also like that this particular brand doesn’t need to be in the fridge, it is stable at room temperature.
My Personal Review
I was sent a pack of Zenflore to review over a period of 4 weeks. I am currently half way through the month long pack and would like to give a short review which I will update again in a couple of weeks.
Usually I take the capsule in the morning with breakfast. Although the packaging clearly says it can be taken with or without food. It just helps me to remember to take it!
I also find that after breakfast I tend to be more focussed and can complete work without too much stress or distractions. Which is helpful as there are a lot of distractions in our house when you home educate 2 kids! Fortunately this doesn’t seem to be a huge problem when I’ve been taking Zenflore.
I also find myself a lot more capable of coping with general fatigue and exhaustion. We have very busy days and it can be a bit overwhelming at times, however it’s much easier during the past couple of weeks. I haven’t changed any other routines, so I do believe that Zenflore plays a role in this.
As mentioned I will update here once I’ve completed the full month long course.
