O loves baking, we often make fairy cakes using the Victoria sponge recipe, but I thought it would be nice to make something different.
Checking the cupboard we had a packet of marshmallows and rice krispies, so we decided to make marshmallow squares.
It’s very simple, as O shows you in this video below:
All you need is:
* 12g butter
* 140g marshmallows
* 90g rice crispies
* Chocolate chips (optional)
Check out the video for the full how-to with O and let me know what you think of our video. Β If you do like it, we would love any likes or comments on You Tube, thank you!

Looks lush! I’ve not braved allowing my little girl doing the hot part of cooking yet but watching your video I’m wondering if she’s now big enough to manage it. I think this is going on the summer holiday activity list #letkidsbekids

Thank you! He started when he was 2 1/2 I think, mainly with the stirring cake mix or kneading dough and then just building on it from there. He can happily crack eggs now without getting much, if any, eggshell in the mix! π x
