I’ve been struggling a little to find quick meals to cook when everyone is tired and I don’t have much time to cook a delicious and healthy meal.
I was delighted to receive Jeremy Pang’s 15 Minute Chow Mein Wok Noodle Kit to review. A healthy and tasty meal in 15 minutes is definitely something worth trying!
When the wok is fired up it’s sometimes hard to make sure you get all the ingredients in and cooked at the right time, but with this kit the timings are all worked out for you.
The hard to find ingredients are in the pack and you just need to add some protein and fresh vegetables.
On the back of the packet is the ‘Wok Clock’ which shows you which ingredients to put in and when. After a little prep (soaking noodles and mushrooms and dicing a carrot) it was good to go.
I was really impressed with the kit, having everything laid out in the order of the wok clock I could easily make the meal despite having two little ones running around.
The meal itself tasted good and even though neither my husband or I like mushrooms, we thought these ones were actually really tasty.
There are 6 different kits available and you can buy 3 of the School of Wok 15 Minute Wok Kits from Tesco for £2.99 each.
Would you try a 15 minute wok kit? What’s your favourite quick meal?
