The Best Family Christmas Films & Competition

Are there any Christmas films that you just need to watch year after year, you know the ones I mean, where you have grown up watching it and now the kids watch them with you?  Well here’s our list of family Christmas films that you need to watch with the family this Christmas!

Polar Express

I love the Polar Express, it’s a perfect film for younger children and such a magical ending that you know they will love.  It has everything magical about Christmas, snow, Santa, presents, magic and of course trains.

National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation

A hilarious comedy and the sequel to the European Vacation.  This Christmas classic has a lot going on with daft comedy and it will have the whole family in stitches.

Get Santa

When Santa crashes into a little boys shed he and his dad work out a plan to get Santa and his reindeer back to lapland in time for Christmas.  All they need to do is find his reindeer that are running wild around London.

Jack Frost

When rock singer, Jack Frost,  is driving to a party, he turns round to go home and spend the day with his family. Unfortunately he is killed in a car crash.  A year later his son, mourning his dad makes a snowman using his dads old scarf and the snowman comes to life as his dad and tries to be the dad his son always wanted.  This is probably better for older kids who aren’t upset by parental death.
