Disclosure: This is a collaborative post about encouraging kids to eat healthily
It’s just a common fact that kids love junk food. What’s there not to love? They taste, and that hint of dopamine is great for getting in a good mood. However, this is basically where the perks of junk food come in. Your kids need protein sources, just like any other nutritional source for their growing bodies.
On top of that, junk food has little nutritional value, hence the name “junk food.” While it’s clear that unhealthy food should be nothing more than an indulgence, it takes a while to wire children’s brains to think this way. So, here is what you need to know about encouraging your little ones to opt for healthy food rather than junk. It’s also better for their teeth!
